Any reservation cancellation must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled arrival date. If a cancellation is made after this period, the client will be responsible for the full payment of the reservation.
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we are willing to consider individual cases on a case-by-case basis. However, we encourage you to inform us as soon as possible of any changes or cancellations to your reservation.
